About Acres Wild and what we offer

Acres Wild Woodlands works UK-wide and within Europe on woodland and land based projects, regardless of size, with individuals or organisations who are genuinely motivated by the desire to work in a more balanced way with the natural world.

Acres Wild Woodlands also offers a number of opportunities for those wishing to enjoy a positive and uniquely relaxing back to nature experience, in a calm and supportive environment amongst some of the most wild and natural landscapes of Europe. Whether on one of our courses as a volunteer or a paying guest, as a friend or as a potential business partner, you will be made equally welcome.

Woodland management service

Acres Wild Woodlands provides a complete and bespoke woodland management service. We will help you to achieve your objectives and encourage you to take a long term and sustainable view of the management of your land or woodland, exploring options for future diversification and income generation (if relevant to you). We will apply for funding on your behalf, assuming this does not compromise what we are seeking to achieve by working together.

Ecological and special interest courses and holidays

We are working with a number of organisations and individuals to offer green courses and special interest holidays for individuals, groups or the whole family in an inspiring natural woodland setting. We offer wild camping under the stars, as well as more luxurious accommodation, in a truly inspirational corner of the French Pyrenees. We are always developing new ideas for collaboration to encourage green businesses to thrive, either by working together or by facilitating groups to use our land as a venue.
