Affordable luxury camping breaks in a large family bell tent in the beautiful Shropshire Countryside

Our fully furnished family bell tent is available for rent throughout the spring and summer months, from April to October. Set in a peaceful meadow, amongst woodlands and rolling farmland, the camping area has fantastic 360 degree panoramic views.

Convenient Location in Shropshire

Conveniently located just 3 miles from the historic market town of Bridgnorth the site makes an ideal location to explore South Shropshire, Ironbridge Gorge and Museums and the Severn Valley Railway. Shropshire's long distance bridleway the Jack Mytton Way is directly adjacent to the site. This popular route runs over 100 miles into the Welsh Borders.

Camp in a quiet wooded conservation area

Your bell tent is located in a very quiet and undisturbed spot in a 3 acre conservation area, with extensive meadows, small woodlands and a young orchard. Over the hedgerows are farmland, small hamlets and woodlands as far as the eye can see. The tent itself is a new and very spacious canvas bell tent with a double bed, linen and soft furnishings. We have single mattresses available for those bringing children, and there is plenty of space for a group of 5 or 6 to sleep comfortably.

Campsite Facilities

Facilities are deliberately basic but clean and include a solar shower and a simple rustic toilet. Some gentle solar lighting outside the tent stops you tripping over the guy ropes at night, without detracting from the stars in the night sky. We have a small caravan, hidden from view in a far corner of the property, which campers are very welcome to use for cooking and dining in the event of bad weather. We are happy for you to light small campfires.

Cost

Charges are £70 for a weekend or a 3-night mid-week break. We charge £150 for a full week. We also offer self-catering in the French Pyrenees check our French Pyrenees section. Prices start from £250 per week.
